Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or holding a ticket to RAIDED, you agree to the following: 1. 18+ Only RAIDED is strictly an 18+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required. Anyone under 18 or unable to provide valid ID may be refused entry without refund. 2. Open Bar Open Bar access is for the ticket holder only and operates during advertised times. Bar staff may refuse or stop alcohol service where necessary for safety, responsible service or legal compliance. Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. 3. Entry & Conduct The Event Organiser and security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is excessively intoxicated, aggressive, disruptive, carrying prohibited items, using invalid tickets or failing to follow reasonable instructions. No refund will be issued in such cases. 4. Tickets & Wristbands Tickets must be genuine, unaltered and valid for one person only. Duplicated, modified or previously used tickets may be rejected. Wristbands must not be removed, transferred or tampered with. 5. Prohibited Items Weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, glass containers and other dangerous items are prohibited. Security checks may be carried out. 6. Photography & Recording Photography and filming may take place during the Event for promotional, social media and security purposes. 7. Personal Belongings Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The Event Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property except where liability cannot legally be excluded. 8. Event Changes The Event Organiser may reasonably change performers, timings, venue layout, bar arrangements or other operational details without materially changing the Event. 9. Cancellation or Postponement If the Event is cancelled, postponed or relocated, applicable refund or ticket-transfer arrangements will be communicated to ticket holders. Booking or transaction fees may be non-refundable where legally permitted. 10. Safety & Liability Attendees must follow instructions from organisers, security, bar staff and emergency personnel. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under Maltese law. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
